Cancellation Policy
While I appreciate that life can get in the way of best laid plans, when I take your booking I am committing my time to your treatment and as such I cannot commit that time to anybody else.
If you do need to cancel or change an appointment I would appreciate as much notice as possible. Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice could incur a charge, depending on the
circumstances.

| Cancelling with less than 12 hours notice, but more than 4 hours | 50% of full treatment price |
| Cancelling with less than 4 hours notice | 75% of full treatment price |
| Not attending appointment | 100% of full treatment price |
